1. New machine cannot start faulty analysis
The faults that cause the new machine to be unable to start are the following points:
① The flameout switch is not turned on. This is mainly due to the carelessness of the operator.
② No fuel in the machine or adding errors (adding kerosene or diesel).
③ Turn off the wind -stop door to stop at high speed, and the cylinder and spark plugs are flooded.
④ Improper cold operation causes a flooding cylinder (the cold machine does not shut down the wind door, and does not open the wind door in time after hearing the degeneration sound).

① Open the flame -out switch;
② Turn off the blocking door;
③ Slowly pull out the startup rope, and feel it quickly and powerful after feeling resistance. After hearing the cylinder degeneration sound;
④ Open the wind door and start the rope several times to start the machine.

1) Use non -normal fuel

② Improper lubricant used;

④ The fuel used is not clean, containing some abrasive properties of impurities;

① In the early stages of the use of the new machine, without running in;
② Working under large load at the full throttle for a long time, the machine overloads the "pull the cylinder";
③ The air load speed is too high and the full throttle bombed the car for a long time.
3) Llenging maintenance
① Carbon in the cylinder causes the cylinder;
② The accumulation of heat dissipation films of the cylinder forming 'thermal insulation layer' causes the engine to poor heat dissipation and overheats the "pull cylinder"
6. Failure analysis of "flooding cylinder"
"Flooding cylinder" means that too much oil in the cylinder will wet the spark plug, so that the spark plug cannot be ignited and cannot be started. It is called "flooding cylinder".
Elimination measures for failure:
*Remove the spark plug, flip or tilt the machine to make the spark plug pores towards the ground as much as possible.
*Open the wind door and pull the starter rope to clear the excess fuel in the engine
*Clean up and dry the spark plug and reinstall
